We’re always on the lookout for new plays about the Welsh experience and we aim to stage exciting and relevant productions of Shakespeare’s works set in Wales, featuring Welsh talent both on and off stage.
Our main focus is on thrilling and accessible theatre experiences for all, we’ll go to any lengths to make great productions that can be enjoyed by everyone in Wales.
We’re most interested in full length productions for any number of actors. We’d love to collaborate and put on some exciting shows!
Our Current Productions – Miss Boot Solves a Murder
There’s been a murder! When the pub landlord in her sleepy village is mysteriously murdered, middle-aged armchair detective Miss Boot can’t resist running a vigilante investigation. She’s watched Death in Paradise, Midsomer Murders and Vera for long enough, who says she can’t kick her little grey cells into gear and crack the case?
Bolstered by her new best friend (the wife of the deceased) and the nosy old lady from next door, Miss Boot follows the baffling trail of clues deep into the seedy underbelly of the Parish Council Bake Sale, behind the pews of a tricky sermon and to the bright lights of Cardiff. Will she find the means, motive and opportunity? And can the killer be caught? Get your knitting needles at the ready and join in the quest to give Miss Marple a run for her money.
Miss Boot Solves a Murder is a wild one-woman comedy with one actor performing over 30 characters, at least one song and a chase scene through Cardiff and the Bay all on her own. Expect mime, physical comedy and a lot of murder mystery puns in the race to catch the killer!
